If you have an iron deficiency, then it leaves you feeling weak, sluggish and irritable. Most of all, unable to focus as well. For this, it is a good idea to eat leafy green veggies, tofu, lean beef, kidney beans and eggs. It must be pointed out that an iron deficiency can mean that there is a health issue. So, it’s a good idea to get that checked!

#3: Striving for perfection

Most people who strive for perfection are the types who tend to work longer, harder than is really necessary. One big reason for this is setting unrealistic goals that are impossible to achieve. When you can’t achieve it, then it leaves with absolutely no sense of self-satisfaction. It is recommended that you set a time limit and stick to it.
